Ingredients: Milk Thistle Seeds, Ginger Root, Meadowsweet Flowering Tops & Leaves, Turmeric Root, Marshmallow Root

Take this herbal powder (ideally) the night before and the morning after to help the body process the effects of over-indulgence.

These herbs help the liver to recover, reduce inflammation, settle the stomach, reduce nausea and ease a pounding head.

Instructions:
Add 2 teaspoons to a cup of freshly boiled water, stir well, add lemon and honey to taste, and drink before bed and the morning after over-indulging.  May also be mixed to a paste with water and added to a smoothie or shake.

Use within 3 months (see date at bottom of jar)

Caution:  Avoid use with Salicylate allergy, with use of blood thinners such as Warfarin and during pregnancy.  Take away from medication (as transit time may be increased and affect efficacy of medication)
